The PURPOSE of the programme is to transform the way participants teach inner skills.
We start by questioning prevailing materialistic worldviews based on a scientific approach, with inspiration from various wisdom traditions and indigenous cultures.

Offering a new narrative of what it means to be human and how to see the world, the program will train participants to become change-makers capable of contributing to a rise in consciousness by equipping them
with self-awareness and tools to work with groups and organizations.

The overall aim of the program is to equip participants with the necessary know-how to teach inner skills and facilitate group processes and organizational change for sustainable development.
